Creator fees
Creators earn on every trade of their token, before and after graduation. Fees accumulate in the pons escrow and are claimed by the fee wallet with one tap.
What you earn
Every trade pays a 1% pons trading fee plus your creator tax (0–10%). pons keeps 30% of the 1%; the rest of it, plus the whole creator tax, is yours. After graduation the Uniswap pool charges nothing extra — the same split continues through the pons hook.
| Trade of 1 ETH, 3% creator tax | Amount |
|---|---|
| pons fee (1%) | 0.010 ETH → 0.003 pons, 0.007 you |
| creator tax (3%) | 0.030 ETH → you |
| You earn | 0.037 ETH |
Where fees sit
- Accrued on the curve (or, after graduation, on the pool hook) until swept.
- Claimable in the pons escrow after a sweep.
- In your wallet after you claim.
Whats shows both numbers and does the sweep for you when you claim. A sweep that needs an internal swap (buybacks, or converting token-denominated fees after graduation) can only be run by pons; those fees simply show as claimable a little later.
The fee wallet
The fee wallet is set at launch and can be your Whats wallet, another WhatsApp number (their Whats wallet is created immediately and they get a notification), or any 0x address. Only the fee wallet can claim or move the fees, so choosing an outside address hands it those controls.
To move future fees later, open the token under My launches and tap 🔁 Fee wallet (or type launch:feewallet 0x…). It takes effect immediately; anything already in escrow stays with the old wallet, so claim first.
Creator fees: 0.4213 ETH claimable + 0.0021 ETH accrued9:41
In escrow, ready now: 0.4213 ETH
Accrued on your curves: 0.0021 ETH (I'll sweep these first)
Total ≈ 0.4234 ETH ($1,134)
Claiming sends the ETH to your Whats wallet. Gas is paid from your wallet.9:41
